Description

This accident, involving 2 vehicles occurred on Sunday, August 9th 2020 at approximately 5:03 am. The driver of gray Ford (2017) ran red light. Injuries were reported. Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was southbound on State Route 57. Unit #2 was eastbound on County Road 7. Unit #1 failed to stop at a red traffic light and struck Unit #2. After impact; Unit #1 traveled left of center; off the left side off the roadway; struck a guard rail; and over turned; before becoming engulfed in flames. Unit #2 traveled off the right side of the roadway; struck a guard rail; and came to final rest off the left side of State Route 57. Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.
