Unit # 1 was eastbound on SR 521. Unit # 2 was southeast bound on CR 34 (North Galena Road). Unit # 2 failed to stop at a stop sign and struck Unit # 1 in the left driver side within the intersection of SR 521 and CR 34. After impact; Unit # 1 slid off the right side of the roadway; struck a ditch; a stop sign; cable guy wires for a utility pole; and came to final rest off the right side of SR 521.
