Unit #1 was traveling northeast on Taylor Pike. Unit #1 traveled off the left side of the roadway; overturned in a ditch; and then struck a guardrail. This report was supplemented on 10/20/20 to include Toxicology; Cause of Death; and Coroner Report for Unit #1 driver.
