UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON DELAWARE ST. UNIT 2 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON PEABODY AV. UNIT 2 ALLEGEDLY FAILED TO YIELD TO THE STOP EIGN AT PEABODY AV. AND DELAWARE ST. UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2 CAUSING THE UNIT 2 RIDER TO BE THROWN APPROXIMATELY 70 FOOT. SOUTHEAST. UNIT 1 CONTINUED TRAVELING APPROXIMATELY 150 FEET BEFORE COMING TO A STOP. UNIT 1 THEN EXITED THE VEHICLE AND DEPARTED ON FOOT. UNIT 1 SUFFERED FUNCTIONAL DAMAGE. UNIT 2 SUFFERED DISABLING DAMAGE. UNIT 1 DRIVER SUFFERED NO INJURIES. UNIT 2 RIDER SUFFERED FATAL INJURIES.
