Unit 1 was traveling east on S R 762 just east of Sharp Rd. The driver of Unit 1 failed to maintain control by going off the left side of the roadway; rolling end over end and coming to rest on its wheels in a farm field. The driver of Unit 1 was thrown from his vehicle and received fatal injuries at the scene. Unit 1 received heavy contact damage to vehicle front; top and rear. No damage was done to the farm field.
