Unit 1 traveled east bound on SR. 4. Unit 2 traveled west bound on SR. 4 before making a left turn towards south bound Bypass 4. A witness stated that Unit 1 failed to stop; ran the red light and struck Unit 2. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage. Both driver's (and Unit 1's passenger) were transported by squad for possible injuries.
