ON 11.6.2020 AT 1907 HOURS UNIT 1 WAS S/B ON S. SANDUSKY ST.; ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A LEFT HAND TURN ON TO OLENTANGY AVE. UNIT 2 WAS TRAVELING N/B ON S. SANDUSKY ST. APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION OF OLENTANGY AVE. UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 COLLIDED IN THE INTERSECTION. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 2 WAS TRANSPORTED BY MEDICS TO RIVERSIDE METHODIST HOSPITAL WITH SERIOUS INJURIES. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 2 WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE HOSPITAL. THE PLATE ON UNIT 2 IS NOT REGISTERED TO UNIT 2 DUE TO AN ALLEGED TITLE ISSUE. THE CURRENT TITLE HOLDER ON UNIT 2 IS REBECCA ALLEN. THERE IS NO INSURANCE ON UNIT 2.
