Unit#1 was traveling North on SR 598 South of the intersection of SR 598 and CR 56 while Unit#2 was traveling South on SR 598 South of the intersection. Unit#1 attempted to turn West into a private drive and Unit#2 braked and lost control. Unit#2 traveled Southwest off the roadway while rotating clockwise and struck a metal sewer grate with it's left side. After this collision Unit#2 struck a tree with it's driver side and came to rest off the West side of the road facing East adjacent to the tree.
