This accident, involving 3 vehicles occurred on Sunday, September 27th 2020 at approximately 9:21 pm. The driver of gray Chevrolet (2013) following too close / acda. Injuries were reported. An officer from CELINA Police Department was present at the scene and recorded the information contained in this report.
Unit 3 was stopped in the North Bound lane of travel of S Main St in front of 945 S Main St; attempting a left turn into the business. Unit 2 was slowing down to Unit 3; also North Bound. Unit 1 was North Bound on S Main St and failed to see the stopped and slowing traffic ahead. Unit 1 then struck Unit 2; which then struck Unit 3. The operator of Unit 2 was then ejected from the motorcycle; struck the back window of Unit 3; went airborne; then came to a final rest on the right side of the roadway. Unit 1 then also struck the right rear of Unit 3 and then left the right side of the roadway.
