Unit 1 was traveling southbound on CR 75 from SR 67. Unit 2 was traveling northbound on CR 75 towards SR 67. Unit 2 observed Unit 1 driving off the side of the road. Unit 2 slowed down; moving to the east edge of the roadway. Unit 1 traveled left of center; striking Unit 2 head-on.
