Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was driving on US 33 approaching Frantz Rd. Unit 1 ran off the roadway to the right; and struck a curb/sewer drain lid; traffic signal pole; and two transformer boxes in the SE corner of this intersection. Unit 1 came to a final rest laying on its passenger side facing west. Unit 1's driver was killed as a result of this crash.
