Additional Narrative

Unit 2 was operating EB on Lakeshore Blvd. Unit 1 was operating WB on Lakeshore Blvd. Unit 1 turned SB on E 156th St into the path of Unit2. Unit 1 fell to the right side; began sliding and the front end of Unit 2 collided with the right side of Unit 1. Unit 1 proceeded SB on 156th and pulled into the parking lot of 15550 Lakeshore Blvd. The operator of Unit 1 fled on foot. The operator of Unit 2 was not wearing a helmet and succumbed to his injuries.
