Unit 2 was attempting to turn onto Jacksonburg Rd from a yard. Unit 1 crested the hill heading north on Jacksonburg Rd. Unit 1 struck Unit 2 at a head on angle; Unit 1 continued north on Jacksonburg; striking a backhoe and tree.
