Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling WB on SR 16 when she went left of center and struck Unit 2; who was traveling EB on SR 16; head on. Unit 1 came to a final rest on the road; while Unit 2 went off the right side of the road; rolled over once; and came to a final rest on its passenger side. The driver of Unit 2 was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of Unit 1 was transported to Genesis Hospital for her injuries.
