Unit 1 was traveling NB on Indiana Ohio State Line Rd north of Fox Rd. Unit 1 went off the right side of the roadway. Unit 1 then struck a utility pole. The driver of Unit 1 was ejected from Unit 1. The operator of Unit 1 was pronounced deceased at the scene by EMS personal.
