Description

This accident, involving 4 vehicles occurred on Tuesday, September 29th 2020 at approximately 4:37 pm. The driver of white Volvo Truck (2008) left of center. Injuries were reported. Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was westbound on SR 317 towards Parsons Ave. Unit #2 was eastbound on SR 317 away from Parsons Ave. Unit #1 approached stopped/slow traffic after the bend on SR 317 and began hard braking. Unit #1 crossed left of center and struck Unit #2 head-on. Unit #2 spun after impact with Unit 1 and struck Unit 3 then Unit 4 before coming to rest. The driver of Unit 2 was transported to Grant Hospital. The driver of Unit 2 was pronounced deceased at 12:10pm 9/29/20 by Grant Hospital.
